Why Do Emails Come From [e-mail]?

You may be wondering if you can change the email address that jobsheets come from.

We send all jobsheets from [e-mail] - this is so that spam and junk mail filtering know we are the correct sender. If we were to send it from your email address, many spam filters would think we were pretending (spoofing) your identity.

However, we add a reply-to: of your email address so that the recipient's email program may pick up your address, we also show your email address in the message itself.

In the event that one of your staff does send an email to [e-mail] they'll get an automated reply asking them to contact you.

If it's very important that we do send the emails from you, you can talk to our technical team who will advise on what changes you need to make to your domain name to allow us to send the emails. There will be a one-off set-up charge if you would like to set this up.
