    Every time I try to log in from my phone it keeps saying 'Authorization failed' i don't know how to solve this problem please help.

    Hi Bilqees,

    Thats usually a a message you get if the login details you are trying to use are incorrect, we would recommend contacting your office to see if they can double check that your email is correct and also reset your password for you.
