Firstly, you should go to the banner towards the top of the page and place your mouse on ‘Staff’. (This term may vary depending on your account)
When the menu list appears, click on ‘Add New Staff’.
You will now be on the ‘New Staff’ page. Here you enter your staff information into the fields provided.
On the left hand side you will see the core information. This will include information such as contact information, groups, auto scheduler options etc.
On the right hand side of the page, in the “More Information” section you will see your custom fields; enter the relevant custom information into these gaps.
If you do not have any custom fields, you can contact us if you would like some – these are useful for storing a wide range of different types of information. We also have the ability to make some of these custom fields mandatory.
When you are filling out this information, it is important to tick any services and traits that this staff member is qualified to practice/accept. Without this the staff member won't be available to be allocated to any visits which use these services.
Once you have entered the staff member information then simply click the green save button located on the left hand side of the page.
You will now be displayed with a green notification stating “Staff (Name) was successfully created”, this means your Staff has been successfully saved on Civica Scheduling.
Repeat this process to add the rest of your staff.
It is important to ensure you set the correct permissions for your staff member so they can only access the information you want them to see.
