How to add Reasons for Visit Movement/Cancellation, Patient Archiving and Did Not Attend

You can add preset reasons for several different features within Civica Scheduling and these can all be done from the Settings page, the following reasons can be added from there:

• Visit Movement
• Visit Cancellation
• Patient Archiving - This setting needs to be activated from your account, Contact Civica Support if you would like it enabled.
• Did Not Attend

To add preset reasons you need to go Settings located in the top right of Civica Scheduling, once here you will see several different tabs called:

• Cancellation Reasons
• Visit Movement Reasons
• Did Not Attend Reasons
• Patient Archived Reasons

If you select the relevant tab you need, can then add the reasons for the feature:

Once these have been saved you can then select the preset reason when using the feature on Civica Scheduling.
