You can add preset reasons for several different features within Civica Scheduling and these can all be done from the Settings page, the following reasons can be added from there:
- Visit Movement
- Visit Cancellation
- Patient Archiving - This setting needs to be activated from your account, Contact Civica Support if you would like it enabled.
- Did Not Attend
To add preset reasons you need to go Settings located in the top right of Civica Scheduling, once here you will see several different tabs called:
- Cancellation Reasons
- Visit Movement Reasons
- Did Not Attend Reasons
- Patient Archived Reasons
If you select the relevant tab you need, can then add the reasons for the feature:
Once these have been saved you can then select the preset reason when using the feature on Civica Scheduling.
