The purpose of this report is to identify all fields relating to all patient profiles. Filtering by blanks will highlight any missing fields. This report should also be used to identify no upcoming visits.
To access this report, go to the Reports button on the Civica Scheduling banner bar and click on Patient Report.
Once the page has loaded if you specify the Group and if you want the report to Show Archived Staff, once happy click Generate.
Once the Generate button has been clicked, the report will generate in the background and you will be sent an email with confirmation when the report has finished generating and is available from the Files section of your profile.
