What is the Shared Residence Report?

The purpose of this report is to identify if patients live in a private or shared residence.

To access this report, go to the Reports button on the Civica Scheduling banner bar and click on Shared Residence Report.

Before downloading this report, you are able to filter by a specific group.

The Generate button will send an email to open up the report in a spreadsheet. A link will be attached within the email which will allow you to view your report.
