Once a visit has been added for a patient for today's date and the patient has been allocated to a staff member, please note each patient will need a Clinical Acuity Score added to them.
You will then need to:

Login to the mobile app

View today's visit on the mobile app
The selected score will then be recorded and displayed on the visit. The mobile app will also show the previous score for the patient visit.
On occasion there will be visits which do not require patient contact e.g. a support visit to a relative or to drop off equipment. Therefore, there is an additional drop down option called ‘No Patient Contact’ for these visits.
