If you have used a previous system in the past, and/or have a Staff/Patient database that you wish to import into Civica Scheduling, please download the attached spreadsheet, and populate it with your Staff and Patient data.
Once you have populated the spreadsheet you must upload it to your Civica Scheduling settings page by first selecting "Settings"(1) in the top-top corner of the banner bar and going to the "Files"(2) tab. Here you can view any files uploaded to this settings page that are only accessible to account managers. You must now upload the spreadsheet by pressing the "Choose File"(3) button, selecting the spreadsheet that contains your Staff or Patient data. Finally pressing "Upload to Civica Scheduling"(4) will add this file to your account.
Once you have uploaded the spreadsheet, please contact through to Civica Scheduling Support via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and our support team will import this data into your Civica Scheduling system.

Please be aware, the spreadsheet will be imported exactly how it is when you send it across to us, so if you have the information in the wrong fields, it will be imported onto the system incorrectly.
