The Account Settings allow you to change specific settings to your Civica Scheduling Account,settings can be turned on and off when they are required. Account Settings can only be accessed by the Account Manager
The Account manager can access the Account Settings by clicking the Settings button, visible in the grey navigation bar of every page within Civica Scheduling. Within settings you will see tabs near the middle of your page, click on the Account Settings tab. You will now be able to see the different settings for your Civica Scheduling account.
The default settings are as per screenshot below.

- Mobile App Builds - This link will lead you to view all the mobile app build available and will give access to download this.
- Show Patient addresses on mobile app - This option will give you the ability to decide if you would like to show the Patient's address on the staff mobile app, you will have the option to choose how many lines of the address you require and also if you just do not want to show the address on the mobile app.
- Show Patient Telephone Numbers on mobile app - If you check this it will show the Patient telephone number on the mobile app your staff log into. This is useful if you don't want your staff to have Patient phone numbers.
- Show Patient Notes on Mobile App - If you check this it will show the Patient notes when you view a visit for a particular Patient.
- Show Patient Practice on Mobile App - If you check this it will show the Patient's practice when you view a visit for a particular Patient.
- Number of days in past to show Visits - The number you enter into this field will determine the amount of visits which will display in the past.
- Number of days in future to show Visits - The number you enter into this field will determine the amount of visits which will display onward from the current date.
- Prefix phone numbers on mobile app - If you check this it will automatically prefix any numbers you call from clicking on the within the app. This is useful if you don't want your Patients to see the phone number of your staff. For no caller ID, you need to select the prefix 141 or #31#.
- Number of future Patient Jobs to show - If you check this it will show the required number of upcoming visits when you view a visit for a particular Patient.
- Show times for future Patient Jobs - This allows you to choose whether you want to show times on the upcoming visits mentioned above.
- Hide Patient NHS Numbers on Mobile App - This allows you to choose whether you want to show Patients' NHS number when the visit is viewed on the mobile app.
- Number of previous Visits to show for completed surveys - The number you enter into this field will determine the amount of surveys completed in the past visits.
