If a staff member has checked into a visit in error (for instance they have looked at the wrong day on their phone), you can easily remove the check in time from the visit.
The simplest way is to go to Visits -> Compact View. Select the day and filter for that Service User.
Next, tick the visit on the left hand side and select Unallocate from the menu above, then press the red Unallocate button.
On the mobile app, the staff member will need to clear their cache and data to remove the check in/out time of their device. Below are link for clearing cache/data on Androids and iOS devices:

You then tick the box on the desktop version again, select Allocate from the menu above and enter the staff member name.
This unallocates the visit and then reallocates it to the same person. During this process the check in time is removed.
